Questions we get before the first quote

Anything else? Call (786) 574-6608 — English and Spanish.

How much does a boundary survey cost?

It depends on the lot size, the age of the plat and how much research and field time the corners take. Send the address and we quote it within 24 hours with a fixed price — no surprises after the visit.

How long does it take?

Two to five business days from the site visit for a typical residential lot. If your closing or permit cannot wait, ask for 48-hour priority.

Do I need a new survey to buy a house?

Most Florida lenders and title companies require a recent survey, and an old one may not show new fences, pools or encroachments. A current survey also protects you: it tells you what you are actually buying.

Will you mark the corners on the property?

Yes. We find or set the corner monuments and flag them so you and your contractor can see the lines on the ground.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes — the team is bilingual. Send the request in English or Spanish and we reply in the same language.
